The Modular Frame Design of the Aero X has a high level of configurability. There are options of different seating systems, fixed or swing away front ends and growing chair width and depth to meet changing user needs. 

The Aero X features the Tru-Fit system that is what give it the level of adjustability by having an infinite adjustment mechanism, without pre-set holes.

The TiLite range has taken standard wheelchair design and upped its efficiency in function and manufacturing with the Box Frame design.

The Aero X folding frame is compact, with an extremely easy-to-use folding mechanism. It has side-to-side folding that minimises the width and makes it easier to transport.

The redesigned footplates on this model are lighter with a rubberised and non-slip surface.

A Curved Axle Plate is part of the design and its aim is to give users the greatest range of centre of gravity adjustment and rear seat height adjustment.

The Snap-In Seat Saddles lock the cross tubes in place on TiLite’s rigid folding mechanism that helps the Aero X achieve rigid chair performance even though it is a folding wheelchair.

The Aero X has Machined Plugs rather than washers to create rear wheel camber, that precisely aligns the Aero X’s rear wheels meaning they’re always tracking straight.
