The rear wheel is rotating freely around the steering axis, which achieves the very best manoeuvrability of any eletcric wheelchair the ParaGolfer, as an e.g. a complete twist on the spot is possible. It actually turns on a sixpence and for its capabilities and general overall sizes is absolutely mind blowing and goes against all logic.
