    We are looking for a wheelchair that will ride over kerbs and be able to be used on non paved surfaces for a 8 stone male with PMLD. The control would have to be done by the attending carer and the wheelchair would have to be transportable with the occupant in place in a WAV (Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle) or a Care Home Minibus with floor rails for the Unwin restraint system. We would need a head-restraint fitted and if Attendant controlled brakes were available for downhill slopes that would be great. The carer would only be using the motor to make life easier in use of the wheelchair.
