    Hello, the Milli can be folded at any chosen length and due to its locking mechanism it remains safe and secure during transit.     Hi Susan, a holder for a walking stick can be used on the Milli however we do not sell a dedicated holder for this. The battery and seat do not come with a carry bag unfortunately but these can be carry in a bag pack if you have one to hand.
